How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Custom Jewelry Order?
Depending on the size of your order please give us 3-5 business days to assemble the order before it is shipped out and allow 8-10 days for delivery.
Return/Refund Policy
There are only return/refunds of standard products. ‘30 days on select items only’. Custom products are final sale.
How Long Does International Shipping Take?
As of right now the United States is the only country (outside of Canada) we are shipping to. Our shipping service will usually take 8-15 business days to ship there.
What If My Package Gets Lost?
We are not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost by any mail carriers or shipping service.
